I LOVE this! so simple. so precious.
Great capture, Katie! This is a likely rare moment when I can see his hands being so cautious with a round object and handling it gingerly with care. Hopefully this was not the preface to a scene where he tosses it like a ball (which is exactly what would have happened in my house!).
