Today's Sunday Scoop - Peek At My Paper!

Preparing for this week's Sunday Scoop was so exciting!  I loved getting all of the emails from bloggers that would like to be featured, and am creating a weekly schedule so I can feature you all!  My choice for this week's featured blogger was chosen for her inspiration to take more pictures of every day life.  She is working on something called Project Life, and has inspired me to do the project, too!

Project Life is a simple way to motivate yourself to take pictures and journal the happenings in your house every day for a whole year!  The concept was created by Becky Higgins.  Becky is incredibly talented and has created both a paper and digital kit for Project Life.  The kits are very flexible, and you can start at any point in the year.  Since I entered a new decade of life this year (still not so sure about the number 30!), I decided to start on my 30th birthday, and chronicle this year.

Peek at My Paper

My featured blogger, Brenda, had done a fabulous job with this project.  Her blog, Peek at My Paper, is inspirational and fun to read.  What teacher wouldn't love the title, Peek At My Paper ?!?  Brenda has GREAT ideas for crafting and home decor.  She recently created a Welcome Basket for a real-estate friend of hers that is absolutely adorable! She is a mom to two adorable tweens, that seem to keep her very busy!  Hope you will visit Peek at My Paper, peek around for a little while, and leave Brenda some great comments.

If you would like to be featured in my Sunday Scoop weekly post, please send me an email!

Hi Katie!! :)
Thank you for your comments on my blog. It is so nice to see your name pop up - it makes me smile. I feel like I know you.
I must admit - when you comment, I almost always come by and take a peek at your blog, but I didnt realize til right now that you wrote this post about my Peek at My Paper. How sweet are you?
:) super sweet
Thank you so much for your kind words. And thank you so much for being a band teacher. Now that my kids are a little older and playing instruments, I can appreciate the work that you do. It's amazing!
Happy New Year to You. I look forward to keeping in touch throughout the year! :)
